How can you access these items?
Materials that are relevant to the academic mission of Salish Kootenai College are cataloged and shelved in the general book collection. Look for the Government Publication stickers on the spine to identify these materials. Items not directly related to SKC’s research interests are located in the Government Documents area, next to the CSKT Collection shelves at the Library.
Depository libraries also provide online access to U.S. Government information. Government Printing Office online services are offered to help users of all ages find Federal information.
SKC – D’Arcy McNickle Library has nearly 100,000 searchable electronic documents available through the Library Catalog! To include this collection in your search, just select the ‘WITH Gov. Documents’ option in the “limit to” drop-down menu of the catalog.
